The 4 Phases

The eurodiet™ method is a fast, reliable and long lasting solution to your weight problems. With structured support and mentoring we will advise and accompany you through a 4 phase diet plan. Because everybody is different, the eurodiet™ program allows us to tailor a diet plan unique to your physiology and weight loss expectations, as well as your lifestyle and personal taste.

All our phases are calculated to ensure optimum daily protein intake, as well as nutritional requirements. They are also designed to avoid tiredness and irritability; many of our dieters find they feel a natural high after a couple of days, which is due to the weight loss 'physiological' process called Ketosis which our system induces. All phases come with a list of permitted vegetables which you can eat at any time, either as a snack or as a "warm / cold" salad.
